Conclusion
NEET PG 2025 Round-1 cut-offs for Uttar Pradesh (Non-Minority quota) show a significant rise across almost all clinical branches compared to 2024, indicating stronger competition this year. Premium clinical branches like Radio Diagnosis, Dermatology, General Medicine, Paediatrics & Orthopaedics continue to remain highly competitive with low ranks.
Round-2 cut-offs are expected to decline moderately as seat vacancies arise, but top branches will still close within strong rank ranges.
UP private medical colleges offer wide fee variation, ranging from ₹20–₹32 lakh per year for Clinical, making it one of the most competitive but comparatively cost-manageable states in India for MD/MS admissions.
