  4. Provisional Allotment Letter: Letter indicating provisional allotment of seat.
  5. MBBS Provisional/Pass Certificate: Certificate confirming the completion of MBBS degree or passing of MBBS exams.
  6. NEET PG Admit Card: Admit card issued for appearing in the NEET PG 2024 examination.
  7. MBBS 1st, 2nd, and Final Professional Examination: Certificates indicating the successful completion of MBBS 1st, 2nd, and final professional exams.
  8. NEET PG Result 2024: Result of the NEET PG 2024 examination.
  9. 12 Months Rotatory Internship Certificate: Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) for completion of a 12-month rotatory internship.

  11. Surety Bond: Bond amounting to Rs. 5,00,000, duly filled and signed by two sureties.
