The fees is payable annually as per judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Islamic Academy of Education and others Vs State of Karnataka. The tuition fee is approved by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. The fee is payable for 5 yrs. The candidate must pass Ist Professional to Final Professional in prescribed tenure of course failing which extra fee at per prescribed rates for different categories shall be charged for every six months. University/Examination Charges will be extra. BankGuarantee equal to amount of two years fee may be required to be furnished as per judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Islamic Academy of Education and others Vs State of Karnataka. Students who wish to leave the institute mid-stream will have to deposit the fee for the remaining period of the course as per judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Islamic Academy of Education and others Vs State of Karnataka & PA Inamdar case.
