Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand PG Medical Admission 2024
1. Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of India.
2. Qualifying Examination: Medical aspirants must have passed the MBBS/BDS qualifying examination from any college/university in Jharkhand. Before the formation of Jharkhand state, applicants admitted to a college located in Bihar state are also eligible for Jharkhand PG medical admission 2024.
3. Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a provisional or permanent MBBS pass certificate or MBBS degree issued by a medical institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
4. Internship: The candidate must have completed a one-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before July 31, 2023.
5. Registration: Applicants must be registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) and produce the registration certificate at the time of admission.

Details
Step 1: Counselling Registration through Online
– Apply online at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in using NEET PG roll number and email registration.
– Follow instructions on the screen.
– After qualification, make an online payment and note down the password for choice filling.
– Receive transaction and registration numbers via SMS.
Step 2: Online Security Money Payment
– Pay required security money fees prescribed by JCECEB.
– After payment, online seat choice filling option will be available.
– Take a printout of the payment receipt.
Step 3: Merit Declaration
– Inter-se rank in the State merit list based on NEET-PG 2024.
– Final merit list will be prepared and displayed on the website.
Step 4: Online Choice Filling
– Visit jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in and login with NEET roll number and password.
– Fill choices in multiple sessions and save progress.
– Submit and lock choices before the deadline.
– Seat allotment list will be declared online after the last date of choice filling.
Step 5: Seat Allotment
– Log in to the website to check seat allotment status.
– Accept the allotment letter, but do not join or resign immediately.
– Remain eligible for second counselling to upgrade your seat.
– Physically disabled candidates must be present before the medical board.
– Reserved category admissions as per state government rules.
– OBC candidates under creamy layer not eligible for OBC benefits.
– Failure to produce required documents or falsification results in legal action.
Documents Required
MBBS Certificate: Certificate indicating completion of Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.
Mark sheet and degree of MBBS examinations: Mark sheets and degree certificate from all MBBS examinations completed.
Medical Registration Certificate: Certificate of registration with the relevant medical council (NMC or State Medical Council).
Internship Completion Certificate: Certificate confirming completion of compulsory rotatory internship.
Photo identity proof: Certificate with an attested photo from the Head of the Institution last studied or copies of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License (Self-attested photocopy after verifying with the original documents).
Birth Certificate: Certificate providing proof of age, required if the date of birth is not mentioned in the HSC mark sheet/certificate.
NEET PG Score Card: Scorecard of the NEET PG examination.
Online Counselling Registration Certificate: Certificate confirming registration for the online counselling process.
Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt.: Certificate from the State Government indicating sponsorship, if applicable.
