Eligibility Criteria

  • The applying seekers should have qualified for the NEET Entrance Examination.
  • Aspirants must have the domicile of Nagaland
  • The applicants must have completed a recognised educational institution’s 10+2 or equivalent examination.
  • The applying seekers must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English are the compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks; 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates, and 45% marks are for Physically Handicap candidates.

Nagaland NEET PG Counselling 2024

  1. Counselling Registration through Online:
    • Apply online at http://www.dtenagaland.org.in/ using NEET PG roll number and email registration details.
    • After successful registration, pay the required security money fees online.
  2. Merit Declaration:
    • The final merit list will be prepared based on NEET-PG 2024 scores and displayed on the website.
  3. Online Choice Filling:
    • Log in to the website and fill in choices of colleges.
    • Choices can be filled in multiple sessions, but ensure to save and continue.
    • Choices must be locked before the deadline; no changes will be possible after locking.
  4. Seat Allotment:
    • Check seat allotment status online.
    • Accept the allotment letter and join the college or opt for second counselling to upgrade the seat.
    • Seat allotment is based on merit and options chosen.
  5. Additional Instructions:
    • Physically disabled candidates must be present before the medical board.
    • Reserved category candidates will be admitted as per state government rules.
    • OBC candidates under the creamy layer are not eligible for OBC benefits.
    • Failure to produce original documents or falsification of facts will lead to legal action.
    • Identity verification will be conducted during admission.
    • Non-participation in counselling or failure to join the allotted seat will result in forfeiture of admission rights.
    • Once options are exercised in online counselling, they cannot be altered.

Documents Required

  • MBBS Certificate.
  • Mark sheet of MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3rd-year examinations
  • Medical Registration Certificate.
  • Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Photo identity proof in the form of a Certificate with an attested photo from the Head of the Institution last studied/Copy of Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License (Self-attested photocopy after verifying with the original documents).
  • Copy of: Birth Certificate for proof of age (if the date of birth is not given in the HSC mark sheet/ certificate).
  • NEET Score Card.
  • Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate.
  • Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt. If applicable.
  • Passport size Photographs 8 copies.
