Eligibility Criteria

  1. Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  2. Residency Requirement:
    • Candidates who have completed MBBS from an institution located in Arunachal Pradesh and are bonafide residents of the state.
    • Candidates who have completed MBBS from any institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and whose parents hold a resident certificate of Arunachal Pradesh.
  3. Internship Completion:
    • Completion of a compulsory Rotatory Residential internship on or before March 31, 2023, is mandatory.
  4. Registration:
    • The candidate should be registered with the state National Medical Commission.

Important Command by MCC

  1. All India Quota (AIQ) Seats:
    • 50% of all states except J&K.
    • 100% seats of Central Universities like Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, University of Delhi, and Central Institutes as per eligibility conditions.
    • 100% seats of Deemed Universities.
    • 50% AIQ P.G seats of colleges under the Employee State Insurance Corporation (wards of ESIC insured persons).
    • All P.G. seats of Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions (only Registration part).
    • Central Institutes like VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, ABVIMS & RML Hospital, and ESIC Institute, PGIMSR, Basaidarapur (50% All India Quota seats and 50% seats of I.P University).
  2. Arunachal Pradesh NEET PG Counselling:
    • Candidates can register for NEET PG 2024 Counselling through the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (DME), Arunachal Pradesh.

Counselling Procedure:

  • Step 1: Counselling Registration through Online.
  • Step 2: Online Security Money Payment.
  • Step 3: Merit Declaration.
  • Step 4: Online Choice Filling.
  • Step 5: Seat Allotment.

Additional Instructions: 3. Physically disabled category candidates must be physically present before a medical board.

  1. Reserved category candidates will be given admission as per state government rules.
  2. OBC candidates covered by the creamy layer won’t be entitled to OBC category benefits.
  3. Candidates must produce original documents at the time of admission; any concealment of facts will lead to legal action.
  4. Identity verification will be conducted at admission, and mismatched identities will result in cancellation of candidature and legal action.

  6. Birth Certificate: Required for proof of age if the date of birth is not given in the HSC mark sheet/certificate.
  7. NEET PG Score Card.
  8. Copy of Online Counselling Registration Certificate.
  9. Sponsorship Certificate from State Govt, if applicable.
  10. Passport size Photographs: 8 copies.
